Hachiko: A Dog’s Story (2009)

Posted by Ştefan Alexandrescu on October 4, 2011

This great film director Lasse Hallstrom is quite impressive. I would recommend it especially for those which want to see a real proof of loyalty (it’s the best movie I’ve seen on this topic). TRUE STORY.

You can watch the movie online here [en, video].

My rating: 8 / 10 (Masterpiece)

I will share with you the trailer and a great song – the original soundtrack score composed by Jan A. P. Kaczmarek [en, blog], one of the greatest contemprary Hollywood composers that will certainly go straight to your heart. Enjoy!

A Crude Awakening: The Oil Crash (2006)

Posted by Ştefan Alexandrescu on September 20, 2011

Director Basil Gelpke received The Jury Prize “Golden Sun” at the Barcelona International Film Festival (2007), the 2nd place in the Documentary Award category at Galway Film Fleadh (2006), the award for best documentary at Palm Beach International Film festival (2006), the Zurich film award (2006), the “Wake Up Call” award for best movie of the festival at Tahoe Reno International Film Festival (2006).

I loved how the director used the music of Philip Glass, one of the best American composers alive.

Supported by a powerful mix of archival footage, NASA shots of burning oil fields, and, often unintentionally hilarious, historical film excerpts, OilCrash guides us on an exotic, visual journey from Houston to Caracas, the Lake of Maracaibo, the Orinoco delta, Central Asia’s secretive republic of Azerbaijan with its ancient capital Baku and the Caspian Sea, via London & Zürich. OilCrash visits cities around the world to learn of our future from such leading authorities as oil investment banker Matthew Simmons, former OPEC chairman Fadhil Chalabhi, Caltech’s head of physics, Professor David Goodstein, Stanford University political scientist, Terry Lynn Karl, peak oil expert, Matthew Savinar and many more.

Good documentary, but not the best in the Oil field (although it is in Top 10). It will help you understand a lot of things if you don’t know anything on the topic.

My rating: 6 / 10.

Top 10 Best Documentaries on the 9/11 history falsification

Posted by Ştefan Alexandrescu on September 11, 2011

“September Clues – No Planes Theory” (2008) is absolutely the best documentary on what did NOT happen on 9/11. I know, I know, every person has the right to live in ignorance and it is imporantant to respect the wishes and preferences of everyone. But this film absolutely makes clear in many obvious way that if you still believe there were Arabian terrorists who attacked the World Trade Center towers, then you are plane (sic!) fucking stupid! (pun intended)

Enjoy watching it – it’s the least you can do to deal with the horrifying tuth it presents.

My rating: 10 / 10  (one of the most important eye-openers ever made in human history)

What in the World Are They Spraying? (2010)

Posted by Ştefan Alexandrescu on July 27, 2011

Although not the best on the topic, it does have its merits, especially for those who did not have the chance to see another feature. This is an ambitious low-budget documentary which will walk you across the world, from Hawaii to Belgium and back to the US, right in the Senate, where the filmmakers tried to get the attention of the politicians about this extraordinary phenomenon which is now happening all around the world, starting with the big cities, to the small town.

Maybe some of you have observed on the sky all kinds of trails, and assumed they are from reaction jets. Still, these kind of trails have special properties: they remain for longer periods of time (as opposed to the jet trails, which disappear fast) and they decrease the level of visibility in the environment on a long term. The chemicals spread oout in the air destroy buildings, crops, woods. The plants are weaker, the air is harder to breathe and especially people with respiratory diseases have troubles with this.

Although it is a phenomenon everybody saw, nobody at the official level seems to aknowledge what this is. Confronted with the evidence of tons of aluminium, barium, strontium and other substances which fall from the trails on the ground, most of the politicians and the public officials prefer to avoid any answers.

I really recommended it, especially because it is fresh (2010) and for the brave approach, the Alex Jones & Michael Moore guts of putting politicians on the spot in front of the cameras.

My rating: 6 / 10 (Good documentary)

PS: Interesting fact, in one of the sequences, senator Charlie Wilson (!) – yes, the Charlie Wilson from Charlie Wilson’s War – is asked about the chemtrails and says he doesn’t know anything.

Century of the Self

Posted by Ştefan Alexandrescu on July 18, 2011

“Century of the Self” – Adam Curtis’ documentary on how the western culture was radically transformed through widespread manipulation, public relations, advertising and research design. Here we have extended information on the research that has been done in the years ’70- ’80 concerning values and the categories that were developed based on those studies – I’m not only talking about the Maslow extended pyramid that he developed based on the suggestions of Clare W. Graves (not mentioned in the documentary), but also about the criteria, metaprograms (especially the self-others and need-want to dichotmies) and VALS I and VALS II systems.

My rating: 10 / 10

Monopoly Men : The Distant Murmuring of a Secret Government

Posted by Ştefan Alexandrescu on July 8, 2011

This is an episode of Phenomenon: The Lost Archives, a TV series of documentaries tracking insightful subjects, narrated by Dean Stockwell . I have seen it originally in English, but only found it on youtube dubbed in Spanish (see below).

This documentary tells the story of how the Federal Reserve of the US is not a National Bank, but a private corporation, which has the power to emit currency and then lend it to the US Goverment and tax its citizens. How did this come to fact in 1913, when it was founded? In a similar manner to The Money Masters [review and watch full], this documentary presents the history in such a manner that it makes us conceive the implications.

Seeing this, you will understand better how the coup d’etat to the US, supported  by president Woodrow Wilson in 1913 actually financed the first and the second World War. The mechanisms which led to the crisis of 1929 are also investigated here, narrowing the focus on this particular interest: how the most important money-making machine got out of public control – which will help you undersntand a lot of things about why today we have some of the specifics of economics.

Darkstars

Posted by Ştefan Alexandrescu on July 3, 2011

If you want to understand the way in which the Hollywood productions manipulate the minds of the spectators, this is one interesting feature to se. Not really a documentary, but rather a voice-over narrating presenting different film scenes explained.

The approach is very well documented. Once you will understand the structure, you will be impressed how fast you will be able to recognize wht is “hidden”. And, in case you didn’t know, you will find out some interesting things about how Hollywood presented to the public as a script for a TV episode, what will happen a few months later, in September 11th 2001.

If you have 45 minutes to see beyond the obvious, this presentation might just change the way in which you watch films…

Endgame: Blueprint for Global Enslavement (2007)

Posted by Ştefan Alexandrescu on June 29, 2011

Alex Jones, which I consider the greatest documentarist alive (yes, better even than Michael Moore), takes an open frontal approach to the issue of world depopulation plans. This documentary might shock you if you have no prior information.

The basic facts:

The Bildenberg Club is an organization counting about 300-400 people which meet every year in a very discrete location, away from the large mass-media coverage and take decisions about global geopolitics for the next few years. Usually, what gets discussed at the Bildenberg meetings gets done. In some years, the alternate media sneakes in and manages to find out what is being discussed, who and what says and so on.

Henry Kissinger is one of the worst war criminals in the history of America, worked as a US Ambassador and secretary of state, his career surviving the Vietnam and Watergate PR dizasters. He ellaborated in the ’70s a plan to reduce world population, which has been publicly supported by magnats (Ted Turner, Bill Gates) and politicians (Ronald Reagan, Prince William of the UK) and CEOs (alimentation, pharma) and is an ongoing process which advocates for:

  • abortions
  • wars
  • rights for the LGBT community
  • birth control & reduction
  • vaccines which produce sterility
  • political programs which destroy family life
  • eugenics
  • the right to commit suicide
  • genetically modified food
  • irradiated food
  • drug liberalization
  • weaponised viruses
  • … and pretty much anything which shorts or kills the life of any human

This documentary takes into account the facts and presents them subjectively, arguing it is a fight for any human being to take against these elites. Although it cannot be said it is an objective film, it has the great quality of presenting conspiracy facts in stead of conspiracy theories.

If you did not know the information from this film, I am sorry for your loss. You have the right to regret the beautiful bubble in which you lived until now. Welcome to the real world!

From the Youtube description:

“For the New World Order, a world government is just the beginning. Once in place they can engage their plan to exterminate 80% of the world’s population, while enabling the “elites” to live forever with the aid of advanced technology. For the first time, crusading filmmaker ALEX JONES reveals their secret plan for humanity’s extermination: Operation ENDGAME.

Jones chronicles the history of the global elite’s bloody rise to power and reveals how they have funded dictators and financed the bloodiest wars—creating order out of chaos to pave the way for the first true world empire. * Watch as Jones and his team track the elusive Bilderberg Group to Ottawa and Istanbul to document their secret summits, allowing you to witness global kingpins setting the world’s agenda and instigating World War III. * Learn about the formation of the North America transportation control grid, which will end U.S. sovereignty forever. * Discover how the practitioners of the pseudo-science eugenics have taken control of governments worldwide as a means to carry out depopulation. * View the progress of the coming collapse of the United States and the formation of the North American Union.”

My rating: 7 / 10 (great documentary)

7/7 Ripple Effect

Posted by Ştefan Alexandrescu on June 25, 2011

This is the documentary to see in order to understand how the British people got manipulated by the British government to sustain with more troops the US plan to transform Iraq into a colony.

It extensively treats the subject of the “terrorist attacks” framing delivered to the media and it proves how it was actually IMPOSSIBLE for the so-called “terrorists” to be the independent authors of the bomb attack. It is great to see such an effective documentary, which accomplishes in only one hour to be so to the point and to bring so many proofs.

This is one of the most compressed, well documented proofs of state-organized terrorism ever done and it is the only one I have seen until now about the events in UK (of course, there are many more). I consider it, in quality close to the hystorical documentary “911 in Plane Site”.

I copied this from the description of the film on youtube:

“The European Union has arrested a British man for the crime of sending a DVD to a judge. Anthony John Hill of Sheffield was arrested at his home in Carrick Street, Kells, on the foot of a European Arrest Warrant, according to the Irish Times. UK authorities claim Hill perverted the course of justice in a case related to the July 7, 2005 bomb attacks in London.

British authorities claim copies of the DVD were sent, in packaging with Irish postal marks, between September 2007 and December 2007 to five relatives of people who had been killed during the bombing. In addition, copies were sent to a judge and jury foreman in the case.

I sent it. I believe those men to be innocent, Hill told police when he was arrested and asked about the DVD. Sgt Seán Fallon told the Irish Times that a friend of Hills made copies on his home computer. Irish Gardaí took possession of the computer.

For the crime of sending the DVD, Anthony John Hill was remanded in custody and awaits a hearing on February 18th.

7/7 Ripple Effect posits that British and Israel intelligence are responsible for the attacks. The video, produced by MuadDib — the name of a fictional character in the Frank Herbert novel Dune — appeared on the JforJustice website on November 5, 2007. According to J7: The July 7th Truth Campaign, MuadDib believes he is the messiah and demands that he be acknowledged as the Rightful British-Israel King.

J7 claims MuadDib sent unsolicited copies of the video to 7/7 victim families.”

My vote: 8 / 10. (Masterpiece).

La Ciociara (1962)

Posted by Ştefan Alexandrescu on June 24, 2011

This is a classic movie starring Sophia Loren in an Oscar-winning performance. Directed by Vittorio DeSica, a great Italian film author, brings to the screen the written story of a mother and a daughter travelling together in Italy during WWII. Between crossfires, air attacks, tanks and infantery, they strive to survive.

Maybe something to think about before acclaiming any war. The movie offers an insight perspective on what the war is like when you live it for real. It deserves to be seen in order to get an idea of what to expect when the next war comes to where you live.

Although not a great movie, it is one of those which might make you think. The characters are well-defined and their tragedy of dying inside is a story about losing the innocence. A good movie about wars, without being a war movie, but rather a good drama.

My vote: 6 / 10 (Good movie).

You can watch the full-lenght movie here:

Enjoy thinking about it!
